New Trends in Local Activities in 2026

Here in Greater Des Moines, it's easy to be a kid. Whether your concept of family fun is a skate park, a smash park, a theme park, or an actual park, Des Moines is the perfect escape, no matter if you're young or simply young at heart.

Gee, what could be more enjoyable than spring break with the kids? Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats for totally free, and they're fun, too.
